Care at the kitchen table
For more than twenty years, Low Vision Total the specialist in home examinations. They offer low vision provide tools to people's homes, while other providers just let clients travel to a clinic, Raymond and Anouk step into the living room. “We look beyond what someone else sees,” says Anouk. “Lighting, hobbies, the way someone spends their day, everything counts. This is how we find solutions that really fit. That can be a magnifying glasses are to read in a relaxed way again, a filter glasses that provides more contrast and peace, or a cap and goggles that removes light and stimuli. Small tools that make a big difference in someone's daily life.”
Industry challenges
The healthcare world in which they operate has plenty of obstacles. Rates are low, contracts are old-fashioned and clients easily lose their way between insurers and providers. “Sometimes it feels like the sector is at a standstill,” says Raymond. “But we believe in the power of collaboration, technology and transparency. With AI, smart declaration processes and digitization, we can gain so much. For clients, but also for people who work in healthcare.”
The click with DigiSwift
The step to online communication came naturally. More and more clients and carers are looking for their way via the internet, and that's where Low Vision Be completely visible. Big agencies often turned out to be particularly good at telling beautiful stories. “At DigiSwift, we immediately felt a click,” says Anouk. “They don't talk, they do. And that is exactly how we work ourselves. Just deliver. As a result, there was immediate trust.”
Looking ahead
In five years, Raymond and Anouk not only want to be the market leader in the Netherlands, but also set a new standard in healthcare: digital, human and sustainable. What already drives them is the appreciation of clients. “Our 95% NPS is exceptionally high,” Raymond smiles. “But the best part is that it shows that our faith in change works. That what we do really matters.”
Their message to other entrepreneurs? “Dare to let go of what is always done this way. Look for partners who really deliver, instead of just talking. That makes all the difference.”
