For twenty years, Low Vision Totaal was a familiar name for visually impaired people. They helped customers at home, with personal attention and a wide range of tools. They did almost nothing online. No ads, no visible visibility, and yet they managed to reach their target group through word of mouth.
With the arrival of a new, ambitious management, that changed. They saw opportunities that the previous generation had missed. Their goal was clear: to maintain the human approach, but to grow into market leadership, including online. So they were looking for a party that could take them from zero to a hundred.

We started with the user. Someone with poor vision should be able to navigate, read, and understand what's happening on the screen effortlessly. That's why we developed a new website that focuses entirely on accessibility. Large letters, high contrast, clear structure, zoom buttons and a contrast button that adapts the entire website to the visitor's visual needs with one click. Everything has been tested for different types of vision problems, so the experience is reliable for everyone.
In addition, we have built a smart filter that works based on daily needs. Visitors can indicate what they want to be able to do, such as reading independently or watching TV. The website then only shows the products that match.
Making an appointment is also easier than ever. At the touch of a button, a visitor can now schedule a free and non-binding low-vision study at home. The personal approach that makes Low Vision Totaal so strong therefore remains central.
Behind the scenes, we've set up a complete SEO strategy, along with Google Ads and Meta retargeting. All marketing works together with the CRM, in which we have also set up automations so that leads are followed up quickly and personally.
