For twenty years, Low Vision Totaal was a trusted name for people with a visual impairment. They helped customers at home, with personal attention and a wide range of aids. They did virtually nothing online. No advertisements, no visible findability, and yet they managed to reach their target group through word of mouth.

With the arrival of a new, ambitious management, that changed. They saw opportunities that the previous generation had missed. Their goal was clear: to maintain the human approach, but to grow towards market leadership, also online. And so they looked for a party that could take them from zero to a hundred.

What we did

A digital foundation built on accessibility, simplicity and results

We started with the user. Someone with poor vision should be able to navigate, read and understand what is happening on the screen effortlessly. That is why we developed a new website that is completely focused on accessibility. Large letters, high contrast, clear structure, zoom buttons and a contrast button that adapts the entire website to the visual needs of the visitor with one click. Everything has been tested for different types of vision problems, so that the experience is reliable for everyone.

In addition, we have built a smart filter that works from daily needs. Visitors can indicate what they want to be able to do, such as reading independently or watching TV. The website then only shows the products that match that.

Making an appointment is also easier than ever. With one click of a button, a visitor can now schedule a free and non-binding low vision examination at home. The personal approach that makes Low Vision Totaal so strong remains central.

Behind the scenes we have set up a complete SEO strategy, together with Google Ads and retargeting via Meta. All marketing works together with the CRM, in which we have also set up automations so that leads are followed up quickly and personally.
