From kitchen table idea to national player
TOTECO was created from the vision of one ambitious entrepreneur. After years of experience in the sustainability sector, he saw that customers needed one party that could arrange everything: from insulation and solar panels to charging stations and home batteries. No separate suppliers or unclear processes, but one total solution. When he came to us, there was nothing concrete yet. No name, no branding, no platform. Just a sharp idea and an entrepreneur who wanted to step on the gas. And we did that together.
A new brand and platform built from scratch
We started at the beginning: the name TOTECO. Short, powerful and clear. Then we developed the logo, the visual identity and the complete branding. All with one goal: to radiate what TOTECO is: professional, reliable and progressive.
Based on that, we built a clear and user-friendly website in Webflow. This is fully equipped with an SEO-friendly CMS with which TOTECO can easily manage and expand projects itself. In this way, the site has grown with the company.
TOTECO quickly grew to be more than just an installer. When the demand for home batteries exploded, they decided to operate as a wholesaler as well. We developed an additional portal for business customers. Installers and partners can log in there, order products, fill in order forms, track their order status and manage everything in a personal dashboard. In the backend, we also built an internal admin system for the TOTECO team to process orders smoothly.
In the meantime, we have also rolled out the entire online marketing strategy. Think of SEO, conversion-oriented landing pages, Google Ads campaigns, retargeting via Meta and smart marketing funnels. The result: new leads every day from people looking for sustainability, both in the business market and the consumer market.
Finally, we have connected DigiGrow AI, our own AI system that automatically writes, publishes and optimizes blogs. This allows TOTECO's organic findability to grow every week, without anyone having to tinker with it manually.
Too many leads, too few people
When the campaigns started to run, a luxury problem arose: the leads were pouring in, but there was no one to follow up on them all. The original team of five from another company worked day and night to help everyone.
That is why we set up recruitment campaigns at lightning speed that reached the right people directly (within 24 hours). There was even a joke going around that the marketing team itself had to help out with the execution. The team has now grown to more than thirty employees and TOTECO is not only running at full speed operationally, but also online.
TOTECO is the prime example of how a strong vision, combined with a smart brand and a powerful online marketing machine, can grow into a national player in sustainability. And we are proud that we were part of this from the very beginning.
